Concept
To combine audio-file level club acoustics with the intimate feel of a British pub. The focus became an interior installation of 7000 audio cables that not only reflected the principles of electronic music, but also enhanced the acoustics of the space.

Developed Design
The wavelike form of the ceiling and nature of the undulation was computer modelled. An algorithm exported the required lengths of each cable to a spreadsheet, with each cable cut and mounted by hand.

The club is frequented by some of the UK’s biggest DJs. This image shows Fabric’s Craig Richards playing to an audience.
